Dear my friends in Taiwan and Korea

Thank you for registering to attend the 6th Japan-Taiwan-Korea (J-T-K) Joint Congress on Neonatology. It is my great honor to have so many doctors registered. On the other hand, Iam very sorry to inform you that it is very difficult to make hotel reservations for November 8 and 9, due to the Matsumoto Marathon being planned on Sunday, November 10, and many participants from Japan will be staying in Matsumoto on November 9.
Therefore, I recommend that you stay at a hotel near Nagano Station on November 8 and 9. Nagano Station is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Tokyo Station by “Hokuriku Shinkansen”, so it is easy to reach after your arrival in Japan on November 8. From Nagano to Matsumoto you need 1 hour train in the morning on Nov 9. After the J-T-K Joint Congress banquet on November 9, I will provide a direct bus (free of charge) from the conference venue to Nagano Station. I also recommend that you take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Kanazawa for sightseeing if you wish.

I look forward to seeing many of you in November.
